Indeed I am. I only really have so many because of the serious lack of decent female figures out there. Plus, I figured since I have an extra Ms. Marvel laying around why the hell not.

You should check out the nude torso cast from trigatecreations.com. Would give you a much more accurate version, though it is a tad disturbing...... Now if it was an actress or model done up in real life as Helix I could get into that.

Well, I do have a special Elizabeth Swann/Keira Knightley that I made. I have been to that site and they are always sold out of what I want. I find that Ms. Marvel works well, except for not having a belly button which is weird considering how tight that suit is and booted feet.

I do not have a problem finding an attractive, living girl. The desire and interest to make any custom is too see if I can do it. This just sort of came(no pun intended) to me. I try paint around the eyes. I hate painting eyes(lol).

If you want to master eyes, seek out the work of Mike Cherry, and his Cherry Janes. There should be photo samples on-line still, and perhaps even one or two available for sale occasionally. Mike work was in 1/6th scale ( 12" figures) but he nailed how to paint women's eyes in that scale--and the method can work to a degree in 1/18th scale. Sadly, Mike is no longer producing customs of his figures because of legal reasons, but the examples of his work do remain.

Just to add an update. She is finished and I am quite pleased. Again no pic due to not having a digital camera. The only thing she really lacks are a couple of bare feet.
