From what i've heard on a few different boards, these will probably be put out around October 11th with Targets mini-reset.

Cool Toy Review has pics of a few of them, including comparisons with the regular DCUC Superman and Batman. The phrase "Damn, thats a huuuuuge b!tch!" comes to mind when looking at the side-by-side shots.

So, in case anyone hadn't heard yet, Matty posted pics and bit of info on their Facebook page today. What was thought to be one wave is actually being split into two, hopefully not too far apart.

 

WAVE 1: Batman (Grey), Superman, Silver Banshee, Icicle

WAVE 2: Batman Repaint (Blue), Superman Repaint(metallic), Major Force, Black Lightning

 

Both versions of Batman come with the same C&C piece, and the same goes for the two Supermen.

I like the body sculpts of these figs, but the head sculpts (especially for Batman) aren't very good. And what I mean is that they don't look like the characters faces from the actual cartoon movie.

Dang the size camparison is really way off.I was going to get Silver banshee but maybe not anymore.Maybe if the movie is good ill just collect them all and put them on a differnt shelf,but im not going to just buy one and put it with my DCUC figures.There way too big.

The movie was pretty good (though it did get a bit stupid near the end), but for me, a good cartoon is not enough to make me want ugly action figures.

Those are some of the most god awful ugly things I have ever seem........ the heads I mean. Plus they are to big it appears. I was already planning on passing on all of them but maybe Silver Banshee and now I am not sure I will even get her.

theres nothing wrong with any of these figs outside supes. if all of the supporting chatracters(silver banshee etc..) were brought out in a regular dcu wave there would be less complaints. im not passing on the supporting characters because i doubt that they will be made anytime soon in a regular wave.

Every time I start leaning towards getting these another negative comes up against them. Now these are slightly off scale. I'm hoping it won't be that noticeable. In fact with Major Force, it might actually be a positive since he's supposed to be larger anyway.

 

Ultimately, I'll probably give in to my desire to get these bad guys. Brimestone will be a wait and see. I'd love to have him but I don't know if I want to buy this whole wave. I might be scavenging eBay for body parts.

I understand that Supes' head and Icicle is a little cartoony but overall these are still decent. I am digging Brimstone, Black Lightning and Silver Banshee plus MF is a good bad dude to have around. I will try to get them all, I just hope I can find them, Philly is a collector place and scalper place big time.

I doubt Silver Banshee will be out of scale. She looks to have a regular DCU female body rather than a new sculpt.

 

I've bought just about every DCUC figure so far(except the sonic arm Cyborg and the repackaged 2-packs), but I'm not sure about these. I'll definitely get the villains, and I want Brimstone...but I might just get the last 3 parts on ebay. Black Lightning does look pretty good, I'm just not sure if I need another one.
