Same with me Superpowers I haven't seen them only ones I have seen are the same 11 figures that's been at Wal-MART SEND THE BEGGINg of Sept. 5 Capt. Cold,3 Firestorm, 1 Cyborg, 1 Mr. Miracle, 1 Booster Gold. That's it I was there again and still nothing. I had ask and the worker said all the have in the back is best of wave series so dosen't look lie we will be getting any.

Looking at Power Girl reminds me that Mattel/4H haven't really figured out how to sculpt female figures from the waist down. They all have flat butts. If these were normal woman I could understand, but they're supposed to be based off comic book art, and we all know how exaggerated they are. Men are body builders and women are perfectly curved.

I disagree. DCUC female figs are the best out there at 6".

My buddy up in Sacramento who has focused on 2 WM's has now seen 10 cases go through those 2 stores. I would be surprised if by January those that really want a set didn't see one on the shelf at least once. Now off to work on my Joker headswap...

I hope that's the case cause I have not seen neither hide nor hair of these figures! And like someone said, not even the supposed weak one of the wave, Batman!!

Oh and don't I know you??? Haven't we met on a scummier board?? @smilepunch@

While Mattel likes to claim this is a "collector" line; it's evident they shy away from "sexualized" depictions of the female form for fear of catching hell at retail.

Just build up her badonkadonk with some Apoxie or something. :P

That's all we need, more cushion on these toys!! They already have the fanboys drooling over plastic!!! @smilepunch@ If Mattel added more junk in the trunk, some of you's would never get out!!

Yes you do LJ. I believe we've had a toy transaction or 2 back in your NY days. Miss you on 'scum but that board isn't the same anymore anyway, so I mainly keep to my area over there.

I'm out on the road tomorrow (it's Target markdown day!) so I'll hit a WM or 4 and hopefully be able to help a few of you...

Yeah, I've seen things. I've seen some pretty terrible things done with toys courtesy of the Internet and Japan. . .@hmmm@

While I don't mind a "sexy" looking figure, it's not required. Especially for this line, where I'm buying it because it's some of the best renditions of childhood favorites.

Although if you look at it from the other end, the dude figures are pretty ripped, tightly clothed, or otherwise ripped. If you haven't seen it, the documentary Bigger, Stronger, Faster has a nice little segment on male body image and the evolution of boys toys.

Dang! My Wal Mart has restocked wave 10 yet again. I stopped by there tonight looking for new Star Wars and there they were, stuffing the pegs! If anybody's in upstate NY, I'd suggest swinging by Saratoga Wal Mart.

Son of a......exactly that area I used to live in!!! Dammit!!!!! @grumpy@ I should have stayed in Albany!!! LOL!!

I'm still a Man-Bat and Joker short of a set. Hoping some turn up here in the mid-GA area this weekend.

The Marietta Wal-Mart in GA had all of Wave 10 last night. It was in the shipping box ready to be stocked. I just opened it and bought the whole wave. Also, what was really strange, someone had returned a Wave 10 Batman to that Wal-Mart and it was completely mint. A guy who got there right after me bought it and asked if he could buy Wave 10 from me. It was not happening though.

Why were they not letting him return it?... He must have been a scalper trying to get rid of it now :S

Well I will say this, from most reports lately, it seems to be most stores getting these are stores that had them already. Ive seen very few reports of a "new" location getting them. You need to have someone scan them and see if you have any on order at those stores. I know only a few stores in BHAM got them.
