The only characters that I feel I really "have" to have are Martian Manhunter and Plastic Man. A '90s style Superboy would be great to complete the Reign of the Supermen. They should do a classic Robin since that version hasn't been included in any of Mattel's DC series. It would also be really impressive to see CnC versions of Starro and Swamp Thing. And Shuma Gorath (ok, I know Shuma Gorath is Marvel, but I'd like to have a Shuma Gorath figure anyway )

seems to me companies love repaints, or slight remolds... Unless sales of these characters did poorly ... wouldn't surprise me if they used them just for fillers

Yes. A Superboy figure is now possible again. All legal issues have been settled.

Every DCUC wave from Wave 10 onward will have ONE DCSH repaint in it. Wave 10 will have the Brown Man-Bat which is fine since of all the DCSH molds, the less-than-human bodies such as Man-Bat and Clayface are acceptable in a DCUC collection. Wave 11 will have Cyborg-Superman repainted in his Sinestro Corp colors. This isn't as acceptable since the DCSH basic Superman body on which this character was based is not very compatible with DCUC figures.

These "wish lists" threads always deteriorate into total fantasy. You usually get three categories of wish lists...

 

1. The Complete Cast of ONE Character List: Some Bat-fan will list "I want Commisioner Gordon, Alfred, Neal Adams Batman, Carmine Infantino Batman, Azrael, Poison Ivy, Hush..."

 

2. The Complete Cast of the ENTIRE DC Universe: These lists read like somebody has cracked open their DC Who's Who and just started listing every name they read.

 

3. The Masturbatory List of Wishful Thinking: These are lists of characters who have absolutely NO SHOT whatsoever. "I want Yellow Peri, Charlie Vicker, Sunburst, Owl Woman in her original Global Guardians costume but looking the way Bart Sears drew her in that one issue..."
