Somthings rotten in the town of Denmark. I'm not so sure I'd rule this a suisde just yet. Why a wordrobe? There are easier way to hang your self. It almost seems like some one wanted the body to stay consealed for a while. Why? was this so the murderer could have ample time to get away and place as much time between their exit and the time of death.

 

Also it was stated that "other parts of his body" had been tied by this cord. I would need to see the M.E.

's autopsy report to determine if ligature marks were found and if thoes marks are consistant with some one being restrained against their will. Like I said this thing stinks and could very well be a homiside.

"loaded gun in a night stand"?...........that says home defence to me. Meaning David might have know someone wanted him dead or atleast felt the need to arm him self. I'm not saying suiside should be ruled out just yet either, but from what evidance thats been made known so far I would'nt rush to rule is a suiside so fast. Lots of people keep guns in their night stands it does'nt mean there thinking about off themselves.

 

Also the report says he was eager to work. Altho its not always the case (like that House eps that every one was shocked by), most suisidal people will often give waring signs. like a lack of intrest in the things that onc made them happy. The problem is the average person who is not trained in suiside prevention will miss these signs. I just think there needs to be more investagation first.

getting naked is quite common. its kinda like they are "preping" themselves for the under taker or something. My childhood friend by the name of Josh Burk killed him self a few months ago. He went to the top of a casino here in south Jersey Atlantic City area called Tropicana. The security survilance tape shows dude breaking on to the roof, strip totaly naked and walk straight off the edge.

 

No heming and peeking over the side and trying to work up the courage. dude just walk right off the roof like he was stepping off a 6" curb. His suiside was a major shock.

It said he was found by a maid IN A FREAKIN WARDROBE with a rope around his neck. That tells me they concealed the body and made it LOOK like a suicide. But then again... you never know.

man WJ if any one ever takes me out I hope to God your not working the beat. His body is flying home now as we speak. one of the things I'm very interested in knowing is the bodies Capilary reaction to abrasion. Its been reported that his genitals were bound by the rope as well. a dead body won't bruse so if there are no capilary reaction to go along with any ligature marks then it could be determined that his genitals were bound post mortum.
