This line is always going to have exclusives just like Ml,and Star Wars and alot of other popular lines. It just comes with collector lines. You have to take the good with the bad. people shouldn't flip out just because things aren't exactly the way they want it. You get your favorite character announced and Mattel all of the sudden is the greatest company ever,on the other hand the make an exclusive wave or figure and they are all of the sudden the worst company ever and your going to quite the line. The outrage over a little plastic figure is rediculous sometimes. i know it's frustrating but it's part of the game. This isn't directed at any one person,I am speaking in general. Sometimes they feel that's the only medium a certain character will sell in,or there biggest retail partner strong arms them into making them exclusives. They have to be very careful who the piss off or make enemies with. They are not personally doing to anybody. Now NoNameshmo as far as women go,you never should jump right in and say you have a love for superheroes,or prance around in public wearing a marvel team up shirt you got from Wal-Mart(not saying you do). Let her get to know you and gradually slip in Superman is your favorite character. Then find out what she is into. Watch some movies, maybe some spiderman or BM Begins, something with a love story and let her get emotionally involved with the characters and even more so slowly bring her into your addiction. Your not lying or anything, basically just taking it slow. By this time she will be falling for you the person beyond the toys and SM obsessioin and it won't really matter. It will be a little weird for her at first and she'll have alot of questions but take your time and in her own way she'll have her own love and connection with the characters that mean so much to you.

worked for me and we have been together 10yrs now.

Hope it helped,if not someone delete the post.

What really annoys me (besides the price) is that the seller flat out lies in the product description by saying the set won't be sold in the US. I hate it when scalpers do that to justify asking for ridiculous amounts of cash. During wave 4, I remember seeing someone asking for 80 bucks for a regular Batman Beyond (not Terry Magines) claiming it was a Walmart exclusive.

I know where your comeing from really i do i have tried it both ways hell i have tried it all ways one person can. i just can't seem to really find what i am looking for i guess or not looking for. I am just an honest person and don't belive in wasteing there time or mine if a chick is interested she will stick around no matter what. I don't have time to BS around you know. So i put it all out there. It just gets to me sometime how people judge one another.

And for your other point to some of us its more than just a peice of placstic. If you have kids then you may understand this. These figures are for myself like kids or pets and i put alot of time and love into buliding the collection i have. You would tell someone with kids that there kid is just a kid and no less inportant to you than there own.

And i understand that exclusives are part of the game BUT with the DC stuff its always something theres no breaks. Meaning one or two exclusives a year would be fine but its been almost every wave that theres something variant or exclusive or here only or there only. Thats what collectors are tired of imo.

And to touch on the other lines like ML or star wars with there exclusives. well marvel legend went down the crapper and the variants and exclusives lead to it or helped lead to it. and star wars have cloged the shelfves for years now so even though they all have something variant or exclusive doesn't mean it always good.
