A little disappointed

Mattel is finally giving us a Black Canary figure in the DCUC series, which is fantastic, but I'm left wondering why they didn't release her with a screaming head, either as a variant or as a pack in with the regular figure. I wouldn't imaging it would be too hard for the 4 Horsemen to make a special neck that would allow for easy head swaps. Think the HML She Hulk figue. That would have been nice. Anyone else interested?

i personaly am not a big fan of screaming heads. i think they look stupid like a sex doll. but thats all figures from ML to gi joe to DCUC to DCD. i had the wolverine sabertooth ML variant 2 pack with open mouths and just could not get over how funny it looked. So i could do with out that.

 

But if it is something you are into i think mattel or 4 horseman or who ever should put out some kinda pack with just alternate heads. for thoses who like that kinda thing

this one is a little closer to what your looking for and she is in perfect scale with dcuc, seeing as she is a very early dc direct release.

No screaming head for me, thanks! Already got one from DCD. Besides, then there'd have to be some kinda sonic cry attachment that would somehow have to fit in her open mouth, and you could just imagine the problems THAT would lead to!

not exactly the same, as one is a small piece of purple plastic you could take off and the other is a distorted face that would look fairly odd most of the time

they haven't done alternate heads yet, so i don't think they'll start now. it could be a possible variant though

When I think of screaming heads I think of Hasbro Marvel Legends Banshee and I want to scream too... lol. But no I think I regular head is fine she doesn't have to be in a permanent screaming state and could you imagine what that could do to her face muscles? lol

you know I was with you on the whole screaming head thing untill Noname jumped up & pointed out how it makes BC look like a sex doll ....................OMG!!! People, I'm telling you it was a solid 10 mins before I could stop laughing! With that one comment Noname destroyed not only my way of looking at my Hard Traveling Heros BC, but also of ALL MY BC figs especialy my DCD 1:6 with a screaming head!

I vote no on the screaming head. It'd be useless for vanilla or hand-to-hand combat poses. I like options.

The basic figure is fine without the screaming head, though its not interesting to me I think it would be nice as a pack-in head that can be easily swapped. Who knows, maybe the 4HM can make a screaming head that look nice, however I don't think it should be with the basic figure or as a variant.

Did you report the offending post? That's what that little button on the left side is for! As far as seeing worse on TV, that's outside of TNI, so I don't really care.

why would i report my own post my friend. and your not gonna brush me off so easyly. sorry i miss read it and no i didn't report it because it doesn't bother me because im an adult and little things like that don't bother me. i'm 31 years of age and have seen alot worse than a few bad words n a post or pics. and belive it or not i am pretty laid back. i only bring out the hulk when i feel unjustly wronged or other are picking/ bothering all my people here on tni or in life. You know got to pick your battles n all.
