How do I remove the hair from Marvel Legends heads?

i usually just rip it off. some times its easy, other times its a pain in the butt. some times using an exacto knife, needlenose pliers, some other tool you can use to help pry it off would help. if you use an exacto knife be VERY VERY careful. i cant tell you how many times i have come close to cutting a finger off and i know of other customizers who actually went to the hospitol for stitches.

I assume there's some sort of glue holding the hair onto the head, can the head be boiled to dissolve the glue, then pulled apart?
