To Open or not to Open my Mini-Statues

I was on the Marvel board and saw a similar discussion regarding opening and not opening a figure. Now I pose the same question: Should I open my mini statues?

I have been giving great thought to it, but I am reluctant. I open some of my collections, and keep some in the box. Example: I usually open my Mcfarlane figures due to my opinion that they look better out of the package, but I kept my Alex Ross Justice figures in box, because I think they look just as good in the box.

I have: Hordak, Snout Spout, Clawful, Evil Lyn, Snake Face, Tung Lashor, and Sssqueeze. Not a huge collection, but a fun one none the less.

So should I?

Well that depends on what kind of collector you are. If the urge is that powerful then go ahead and open them, especially if you're not trying to resell them

later on. Ultimately its really up to you. MOC collectors usually keep them sealed unless they have duplicates. Either way the statues look good in or outside the

box. Personally if I did collect the mini statues I would open them and pose them against a nice back drop, especially considering the fact that they are statues with

nicely made stands.
