Blowtorch Variation/Error?

I went to my local Wal-Mart yesterday and found the new GI Joe: Resolute wave of figures including Blowtorch. While looking closely at the packaged figure, something caught my attention...this particular Blowtorch figure was packaged with a Cobra logo stand instead of a GI Joe logo stand. At first, I thought that it would more than likely have a coresponding Cobra character's name printed on the stand, but when I checked the package from the side, I saw CODE NAME: BLOWTOURCH was clearly printed on it. I posted a few pics below, but I was wondering if anyone else has seen this type of variation/error.

See now that is a great error. Not these stupid wrong hands or missing paint apps. This is one that is obviously an error by someone not paying attention.

 

The question now is what you already asked. Is this one-of-a-kind? Or are there going to be multiples? In your case I would hope for multiples, then it would really shoot up in value.

Maybe a Dreadnok hater was trying to write 'TORCH BLOWS!' and got confused.

 

Actually, that sounds like the sort of prank that a Dreadnok would pull and fail at.
