Is it too late to order the 3 3/7 Crystal Skeleton figure?

Got a letter from hasbro saying the followig:

 

 

 

We have received your redemption request for the

Indiana Jones Crystal skeleton collectable figure.

We received more requests for this figure than was

originally forecast, so we had to place an additional

manufacturing order. Due to this situation, we will

be unable to ship the figure(s) to you until

February 1,2009. If you do not want to wait until then,

you may cancel your order and receive a prompt

refund by calling our toll-free customer service

number, (800) 327-8264. Customer service hours are

m-th 8:30am-12:30pm;Fr 8:30am-12:30pm

If we do not hear from you by February 1, 2009

we will assume that you have agreed to this shipment

delay. please DO NOT call the toll-free number unless

you want to cancel your order. We thank you for your

patience and apologize for the delay.

 

Thanks I hope this is the case for me too cause I was thinking mine might have been lost in the Christmas rush of gifts at the end of December. I keep my patience for it and wait some more.

I sent mine in before the deadline and my check hasnt been cashed yet. I have not recieved any kind of notice from them either.

Posted on other boards, that some people got cards from Hasbro saying that the figures should go out this month or next. Hasbro had to reorder more fig's, that's what caused the delay.

Good I'm glad I'm not the only one here cause I was starting to get worried that mine were possibly stolen in the mail or something. I hope they can resolve this within the next month or two?

they're shipping now, so you've got to give them a couple of weeks to get caught up on the massive log of back orders

I got another 2 Crystal Skeletons this week, thanks to me using a friend's address. Well, a couple of them
