I say go for the Super Posers. The joinst can be a little loose. But if you put a little dab of super glue on the joint and move it around til the glue dries it should be good to go. I think the great customizer Nightmare has a tutorial for this somewhere. Anyway, yeah the Super Posers are awesome. And they go great wih the Play Arts Final Fantasy and Kingdom Hearts figures. So that's a great plus for me, and anyone who collects those sweet figures.

 

On a side note, does anyone know if the Super Posers Knuckles is legit? Hopefully Jamaro will stop by and answer.

No one is sure right now. Hopefully it's true, though! The prototype images Toy Island showed of it looked pretty good. Same goes for Tails.

It depends on the looseness. Like my Sonic has a really loose wrist. It just flops around. So if it's that bad than you ight need the super glue trick.

Thanks for the welcome. I rarely post on this forum, but this is one of the few boards that has a Sonic figure topic.

 

I hope more figures are released in the Werehog and Black Knight scale. I always wanted the Werehog figure, but forgot about it until now sadly. I'm thinking of buying another of the Knight one though to keep sealed. The figure really is that cool IMO. It captures Sonic's likeless great, just a bit back heavy.

 

Also, is the BK Sonic on the TRU site really a prototype? Can't really tell the difference

Yaay! I just got my new black knight figure and here's what I think about him

 

Good: accurate sculpt, nice detailing, fits in with other sonic figures well, sword is made out of rubber so if kids bend the sword it won't snap like a hard plastic one, and nice paint job.

 

Ok: shoes are a bit too light and look a little pinkish but that's alright, topheavy at times, leans to the left when standing it.

 

Bad: nothing fits in here cause it's a great figure.

 

I just wish they would re-release this figure again but with no sword and a normal hand for his right side and maybe a few chaos emeralds come with him.

 

Things to improve on: As I said, this was a great figure but there are a few things to tweak out to make it more enjoyable. Make the leg joints go foreward instead of side to side because it's a little akward and even if you turn the joint his knee still turns to the side. And that's about it. I love this figure! Great job jazwares, keep the awesome work up! You guys are one of the best toy companies around and what's even greater is that Jamaro actually takes in our ideas and seeing what the fans want. Barely any other companies do that.

Great! I'm just curious does the final figure have those huge joints or did they fix them?

They're fixed and not huge like in the nytoyfare pictures. it's just slightly noticeable.

seems to be a new sculpt he got a different size and head plus the articulation is different... but if it's a rerelease it's an amazing retool

 

Dx7879:i think the TRU website black knight figure is a prototype shot mostly because he is packaged diferently than the true one (caliburn mostly, though sonic seems like if he is floating) plus he got the big joints from toy fair and that got fixed(it did didn't it?)
