Has Gail Kim Left TNA? Updated Raw Card For MSG This Saturday!

WWE has changed the line-up for this Saturday's Raw brand house show at Madison Square Garden once again. The scheduled John Cena vs. Batista match has been removed. Instead, Cena will be wrestling Chris Jericho and Batista will be taking on Kane. Other matches scheduled for the show include CM Punk vs JBL in a steel cage match, Santino Marella vs. Kofi Kingston for the Intercontinental Championship, Ted DiBiase & Cody Rhodes vs. Cryme Tyme in a World Tag Team Championship match, and Mickie James vs. Beth Phoenix in a WWE Women's Championship match. William Regal, D'Lo Brown, Snitsky and Kelly Kelly are also advertised to appear.

Oddly enough, Gail Kim's profile has been discreetly removed from the TNA website. When you click her profile page, you get the standard "You are not authorized to view this resource" page, which is what happens to the profile pages after a wrestler parts ways with TNA. Now of course this all could have been done in error, however all of her Knockouts photos have been removed as well. When you go to the Knockouts photo section, Gail's page is nowhere to be found. TNA rarely announces company departures on the website, and in fact, the only "future endeavors" notes they have announced over the past year were done to further angles involving Christopher Daniels and Frankie Kazarian so they could be written off of television. It was announced on September 6, 2006 that Gail Kim had a signed a contract with TNA. If by chance her contract were to expire, it would probably be around this time. Team 3D signed three-year deals during this time frame, so perhaps she had the same contract length as well. Talent rarely get four-year deals, five-year deals are usually long, and we never heard anything about Gail renewing her contract on a year-to-year basis, so her original contract was likely a three-year deal. Gail is scheduled to wrestle Awesome Kong in a Street Fight on tomorrow night's iMPACT!, which was taped last Wednesday. She is still named in the preview that is up on the site. Although this is more than likely an accident, as Gail has been reportedly happy in TNA since her arrival.

According to multiple websites, Gail Kim has indeed left TNA instead of resigning with the company. Seems odd to me, considering she was a big shot in TNA. Maybe it all is indeed a mistake though.

I would love to see Gail back in the WWE and think it was a big mistake to cut her when they did! She is a top talent in the ring and not bad on the eyes in my opinion.

Same here. As a matter of fact, I (and my buddy) would like to see her back as soon as the tapings for RAW & Smackdown in St. Louis on Aug. 31. *wink wink, nudge nudge*

- Former TNA Knockouts Champion Gail Kim is done with TNA and looks like she will be heading back to WWE, according to several sources within WWE. Apparently WWE has offered her a pretty nice offer, so she will probably receive a nice push in the Divas mix once she comes back in.

Gail's contract with TNA was coming to an end and once it expires, she will be free to start working with WWE again. The decision for Gail to leave TNA was completely based on finances and didn't stem from her being unhappy with how she was being booked or presented by TNA.

Sources indicate that Gail left TNA on the best of terms and it's believed that the door will always be open for her to come back. We're told there is no heat on her for leaving. Gail will make her last appearance for TNA on tonight's iMPACT in a Street Fight against Awesome Kong.
