I was in Walmart today and spotted Season 1 for 19.99

Yeah, mine shipped yesterday from Amazon, so it should be here tomorrow. I preordered it with some other DVD's coming out int he next few weeks.

 

Looking forward to watching them all at one time or at least in succession.

I saw it tonight at Wal-amrt, $21.88 or something like that, they only had one copy left, and I only have $4.62 cents, aahhhh :( what do I do! lol

 

Then I looked at the pilot movie DVD which was 14 bucks, what a rip.

Widescreen???

 

It was made for TV

Granted, this was probably animated in full-screen, but almost all live-action shows and a fair number of cartoons are done widescreen now, and have been for a while.

4:3 tv is a thing of the past.

BTW that is such crap about the first 3 episodes being separate.

Especially because if you notice on the back of the packaging for season 1 there are 2 screen shots showing pics from the pilot episode. WTF! :huh:

Animated was made in a widescreen format, but aired in fullscreen. At the very least they could've released both versions.

Well theres my reason not to buy the DVD. I'm a widescreen-only kinda guy. lol
