BATMAN R.I.P Sequence (order)?

Recommended Posts

I skimmed way back on my books about 3 years ago, so the crossovers and mega series' drive me nuts.

Trying to catch up on RIP however beacuse I heard Morrisson nwas doing it. Is there a chronology or checklist for sequence anyone can point out.

Many thanks! :)

DC has a check list on their website in pdf format.

Here's the link http://www.dccomics.com/media/special/Batm...P_checklist.pdf

I'm currently picking up all the related titles but I still don't get the story. I can follow the Batman stories but the tie in's are very confusing. I have no idea how they are related to RIP and if it takes place before or after the Batman title.

Story-chronology-wise, we finally have the throughline, that is, “Batman R.I.P.” -> Final Crisis #1-#2 (he was called in to investigate Orion's death after facing Doctor Hurt in #681, as revelaed in the #683 flashback from Alfred,and then captured by Darkseid’s forces in Final Crisis #2) -> Batman #682, #683 (Batman hallucinating/Alfred remembering while Batman was trapped in the torture/cloning chamber, which he ultimately escaped) -> Final Crisis #6.

I reiterate:

“Batman R.I.P.” -> Final Crisis #1-#2 -> Batman #682, #683 -> Final Crisis #6.

Got it?
