Well, I didn't find another Robin today to replace the one with the large hand I received from BBTS, but I did just find a hand to replace the extra large Robin hand with...

 

 

Thank God for this extra Professor X...He's been sitting in my desk forever because I was going to make an Alfred out of him, but never got around to it. So now all I have to do is paint it.

I found Green Lantern, Robin, and Nightwing. No Sinestro or Deathstroke...so Grundy is currently a double amputee. Every Target I go to has one or two Green Lanterns. Poor Hal, I thought he was more popular than that...

 

And PJ, now Robin has telepathic powers! But only in his right hand...

So far the variations of Deathstroke and Sinestro I have found are the Sinestro Corp Sinestro and Deathstroke with his mask on

Same thing I found at the Target near me, though I left all of them hanging. I don't have any of them, and I'll need to buy them sometime, but I didn't have a cart and had my hands full already. If there'd been a whole set, I would have gone for the cart. I'm not worried about finding them again.

My case at my comic shop came in. Old school Sinestro and unmasked Slade. About the big-hand Robin. Does anyone have any pictures of this? I can't tell if the one I already have is big-hand or if the one in the case is either. The hand seems fine to me. You guys are describing it as pretty honkin' huge.

anyone have idea for making robin's neck a little longer....i don't like how my robin's head is basically into his cowl....limits movement and just looks awkward.

I got my case today.

 

My only complaint is that the classic Sinestro's paint is peeling off of his arms really bad. It is peeling off on bith shoulders and around both elbows. The arms were made of yellow plastic and painted black over it and the joints are rubbing the paint off in really big chunks. The rest of him looks like it was made out of black platic but not the arms. I figured his arms must have been made in yellow like that because the other version was too. Mattel must be trying to save a buck by making the arms the same and then throwing some cheap paint on over them.

 

Has this happened to anyone else who got him? How is the Sinestro Corps Sinestro? Any chance of his paint rubbing off too?

 

Sinestro also seems a little short too. How tall is he supposed to be compared to other characters?

 

I love Nightwing and Deathstroke.

 

Hal is a little bulky and squar jawed. I prefer the green on the DCD Green Lanters.

 

Robin is pretty good. His cape is alot better than the giant DCD cape. I like that just becuase he displays better. That other cape just got in the way. I think I got the big hand too. I would be able to tell better if I had the small hand to compare it to.

 

Grundy is cool.

 

All in all I have more likes than dislikes. I just don't like looking at Sinestro and having alot of neon yellow showing through the black.

I still need a SC Sinestro, I don't have a Harley or Lobo to trade though, I have an unmasked Deathstroke that no one seems to want , oh well.

If anyone has a SC Sinestro to trade or sell....please help a brotha out!

I've seen 7 cases of DCUC3 between 4 Targets...Although usually Sinestro & Deathstroke were gone or in two occassions in the owner of Toy Wiz's cart. But I did see 4 Sinestro from those cases (2 on the pegs & 2 in their cart) and it was always the Sinestro Corps. Luckily my case from BBTS had the classic Sinestro though and unfortunately it also had big hand Robin which none of the Robin's I saw at retail suffered from.

Same here. All of the online stores are selling the SC Sinestro for more too.

Hal has always had a square jaw. Most artists seem to get his likeness pretty good, out of most superheroes, who you could basically interchange like paperdolls. Hal has always had a certain look to his features that most artists are able to capture.

 

Can't really tell the difference with the Robin hands in those pics. I got mine retail so maybe it's the small hand.

 

Also, is the SC Sinestro taller than the classic one?

I think it's a case of Mattel creating more variants. I found the unmasked Deathstroke variant when I found the series.

I think if you can't tell the difference easily with robin's hands, then you probably have the small hand version, which is good. On a side note, anyone know any quick fixes to make robin's neck a little longer?
