DARK KNIGHT: MOVIE MASTERS

So my TRU.com order I had placed back in April for the TRU Exclusive MM 2-packs were canceled last week by TRU.com then resubmitted the next day by TRU.com shipped today. (well half of it) When it was canceled last week my order status had showed the Batman Begins Batman vs. Scarecrow was "located in stock" and being held for a release date and the Batman vs. Joker was on BO. So when they resubmitted it saying it was canceled by mistake the order switched so the TDK vs Joker set was in stock with the Batman Begins vs. Scarecrow on BO. Anyway the Batman vs. Joker set shipped today.

 

Luckily I didn't/don't really need any of these as I found all except the series 2 Fear Toxin Batman chase figure at TRU/Target/Wal-Mart. But I never canceled the order as I liked how they looked in the packaging, plus I didn't want to mess my wife up with the bills by canceling the order.

 

Haha got to love TRU. It finally proves my point, they don't know what they are doing either.

Just checked TRU.com and the have movie masters Joker, Scarecrow, and BB Batman in stock. Price is $11.49. If anyone's looking for Joker you better act soon.

I know you guys are posting pictures of all these MM Jokers with different faces and shirts and ties....ive purchased so many jokers, the only difference in all of em was the tie and the coat being orange between the legs on the 2nd wave, the face has been the same from wave 1 to 2 in all that ive gotten, maybe a smudge on the nose or messy makeup but thats been it, the wave 1 i have is identical to most of the wave 2s i have....and this unmasked chase i got has a big hole in the bottem right back, thats the deal with that?

MovieMasterMaster, can I ask what's the "deal" with YOU. You burst on to the scene raving about having hit the "jackpot", but can't say where your "secreat stash" is.

 

You then say you've bought up all the MMs & are willing to sell them for a "reasonable" price. SO, just what is a reasonable price? I mean are we talkin the $12 the fig cost plus s&h? Or are you pushing some kind of heavy mark up?

 

Now maby you haven't read the past 30pages of this tread, but its safe to say we don't take kindly to scalpers in these here parts. Not that I'm say you are one, & your welcome to join all the fun, but consider that far warning that this is a NO SCALPER ZONE!

Yea, that jackpot quote didnt really sound good in the sense of me not being a scalper....i can part with a few for face value if someone is in dier need....what i cant stand is when i went into toysrus the other day last like thursday cause thats when they seem to restock MMs....all that was left was begins and scarecrows...when i checked out this guy told me that a guy there snags all the jokers and he had about 20 of em so far, i was lucky enough to find the two packs soon as they were put out a few weeks ago and they were gone the next day....THOSE ARE THE SCUMBAG SCALPING SOBS we all have to worry about....im a pure fan....but i rather buy em up then let the scalpers or employees grab em up....

why would a figure need to breathe??...maybe there is lead in the paint and once a unairholed figure was opened people were dieing?...jk....just seems like a mattels way of ruining a great package and line....

the secret stash is at target but im not telling what state or city....its rare i find anything good there but they have been putting good #$## out recently....all i can say is that target puts em out on thursdays and fridays....i found mine 4 joker and a unmasked at like 1pm on a friday.....but the last time i found 1 joker was like 1pm on a thursday....so if your looking for MMs on the peg...theres your answer...be vigilant and take no prisners

I promise im not a scalper...im always reading the superherohype boards for movie masters but they wont send my password and wont let me on the boards so ive been just reading there for like a month or so....so i joined tni so i can actually talk about my obsession with like minded people...my girlfriend is sick of hearing about it, she likes it and buys em for me but she cant discuss movie masters the way you guys can....i got all those figures but im not sure i would part with them just yet...if someone was in dire need maybe...but it def would be for retail plus shipping....i actually NEED A TRADE....i got rid of my prologue mask goon but i just want another goon for myself....so pissed i sold it but the demand was too tempting for the prologue joker mask variant i got rid of it, opened....simpithise with me here people, im only a man, i have my price...and pooda ive been reading ur stuff for like over a month, cant remember if it was here or over at SH...but u seem like a great collector

Its says the Batpod is shipping now. We had guessed it would be later in the year but not get any clarification as to when it was shipping and now see its NOW. Well needless to say I'm a little shocked.
