I just got back from picking up my MM's. I got Joker, Scarecrow and 2 Begins Batmans. Weird thing is, the Joker is in Wave 2 packaging, but he has a Wave 1 paint job. I am willing to trade my extra Begins Batman, if anyone is interested.

I have an extra DK batman and interested in trading for a batman begins... let me know?

my email is jesuscsulb@yahoo.com

thanks

My first post; this site is excellent and informative.

I'm in South Florida (Palm Beach County)...I came across 3 or so Jokers at Wal-Mart two weeks ago. As I was just discovering this toy line, and don't typically buy multiple figs, I picked one up, and of course, the remaining figures were gone on my next visit. I wound up asking a friend in NC to find Scarecrow.

I'm currently looking for a Thug...any ole Thug will do. The ebay situation is (unsurprisingly) outrageous, and this board has reassured me that rational folks still exist!

I have a first wave thug and I am willing to trade for it... let me know

Hey guys, first post and new to the boards. Wheres the best place to try and find a Movie Masters Joker? Kmart seemed like the only place that has these Movie Masters figures. Toys R Us, KB toys and Target just had the other regular kiddy Batman Dark Knight toys (like the destructoid Joker, etc) Or is there maybe a place online to order it at a resonable price, (not more than 19.99) Let me know. Also been searching for the Joker Bobble head (Head Knocker) which Ive only seen in Borders Book stores. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. #US1#

I got my Bobble head Joker & Batman at Suncoast Video. FYE is also owed by Suncoast or they own them or what ever the hell.

Good luck hunting, with the epic success of TDK merch is diapearing faster than Michel Jackson's bank balance!

Just a quick question: how do you unloosen joints without breaking them. The BB Batman's right wrist is a cut joint and it wont bugde. I dont want to tear it but I know that there are other methods out there, I just dont know what they are. Something to do with a freezer or hair dryer or something. I dunno.

Check your local grocery stores my wife called and left a message saying she saw a Movie Masters 1 Dark Knight Batman at Shop Rite.

I heated the Begins Batman's hand with a hairdryer for a minute and popped off the wrist. I then bput a little baby power on the stem and popped it back onto the forearm works fine now.

You know I have found old school legends, the batman toys at rite aid and walgreens. I'm talking about legends as far back as toybiz series 5

I Emailed a few days ago. So far no response.

I'm Searching for a DK Batman, and a Thug, is Mattel still shipping them? For the stuck wrist joints, leave Batman in a Freezer for a few hours then slowly twist the joint. If you are careful enough, it will break free and be fine. If you twist it too much before putting it in the freezer, the joint will be to weak, and only Snap when you try to turn it. So, if you are careful enough, you should be fine. I know from experience...unfortunatly...

I've been finding a bunch of MM's at targets, suprisingly. Just call your local locations, with the DCPI# (087-06-0977 , I've memorized it) and say that you are looking for the "Movie Masters Action figures, I have the DPCI #." and it should go fine. I've found about 6 figures that way. Wal*Mart, as far as I know, has no code, so it has been a real pain, but they still hav'nt got any since the "Recall".

Wal-Mart seems to end up with the most cases of these. I found wave two a few weeks ago in my area. By now it is unlikely your Wal Marts would still have them. What I would do is go to Target and tell them you have the following DPCI 087-06-0977. It seems every Target is getting a single case of Wave two and I went on a toy run a week ago to several Targets and each and every one of them had a case but they were in the back--not on the shelves.

I gave them that number and they all went gladly back and brought out the unopened cases. Granted none had the Fear Toxin Batman but they did have 2 Batman Begins figures, 1 Scarecrow and 1 Joker. If you can't find it I would be willing to see if I can get you one. Let me know.

I wasn't planning on getting any of this series, but after seeing how good the movie was i couldn't resist. Went to Walmart the only one they had was the Batman Begins Bats. I got him, and I've got to say I'm surprised there haven't been more complaints about this series. I can't speak for the whole series, but this Batman is obnoxiously small, putting Batman Begings next to my DCSH Bats there must be an inch difference; the plastic feels really cheap and flimsy, even showing some scrapes, and they sell for at walmart for $12. Do the rest have these problems? I'll probably get the Scarecrow anyway, and try to get Joker anyway, but I had been planning on getting the whole line beforehand.

weve covered the size compared to DCUC already. its not a killer once you have all the figs.

Yeah, I noticed a little talk about the size, but not to the degree that I felt it when I put my two Batmans next to each other. The main thing I want to know about the rest are the plastics, especially on the Dark Knight Batman, do they use that same rubbery stuff?
