I finally found a Joker!!!! Went to Target today. No MMs on the shelf so I checked the DCPI and it said they were in the stockroom. An employee checked and brought out a case with 2 Batman Begins a Scarecrow and Mr. J himself!!! Thank you PJ for posting the DCPI #.!!

How do you check with a DCPI? I thought you needed something to scan in order to tell if they had more in the stockroom.

If the red price scanner has a number pad to the right of it you can just type in the numbers and push enter and it'll tell you on the scanner if there's more in back. If the scanner doesn't have the number pad then just ask someone with one of the scanner guns or cust service to check the number.

Not Pooda, but the only difference in the Jokers from series 1 & series 2 that I've seen is the paint sceme. It's the same exact sculpt. I've seen about 5 Jokers from Series one and at least 10 from series 2.

Here's the Series 1 Joker before I repainted the face -

I just picked up BB Batman and Scarecrow at Target yesterday. They only had 2 pegs for Movie Masters and there was only one batman left there. I asked an employee if they had the joker in the storage room and he said that the BB Batman and Scarecrow are the only ones in there systems. SO that means that they were never released in some areas. @grumpy@

Well, he's giving you the BS, because they all have the same DPCI# 087 06 0977...So there's no way to look up individual figures. And each series 2 case contains 4 figures ...

2 Begins Batman (or Chase figure)

1 Scarecrow

1 Joker

Well, I hav'nt been around here for a while, just lurking, because my computer kept forbidding me from logging in....

But, today I've got, 2 Begins Batman, 1 Scarecrow, and 1 FINALLY Joker. I'm gonna pick them up tomorrow, but I was wondering if anyone had any others they were willing to trade for Begins Batman? I prefer the DK suit, and I need a bunch of Goons, 1 for a body for Scarecrow, 1 for a Stephen Colbert custom, and a bunch for bending to the whim of the Joker. I was wondering if, should all go right, anyone wanted to trade for my Begins Batman(s). I will not trade away my Scarecrow, and Certainly not Joker. But i'll trade a Begins Batman for a DK suit one. Man, now I'm really regreting not grabing a DK one when I had the chance... if only I would have known there was gonna be a "Recall"...Well, live and learn...

Does anybody know if Mattel will be re-releasing Series 1?

Oh, and does the MM Batman (either one) fit into the Bat Mobile Tumbler?

Oh. I feel stupid now. Do you think if you call the store and give them the number they can check if they have it? That number was for target, right?

They can tell if they have any MM left in stock. Also if you tske it to the Cust. Service they can tell you what other Target stores in the area have any MM in stock.

My first post; this site is excellent and informative.

I'm in South Florida (Palm Beach County)...I came across 3 or so Jokers at Wal-Mart two weeks ago. As I was just discovering this toy line, and don't typically buy multiple figs, I picked one up, and of course, the remaining figures were gone on my next visit. I wound up asking a friend in NC to find Scarecrow.

I'm currently looking for a Thug...any ole Thug will do. The ebay situation is (unsurprisingly) outrageous, and this board has reassured me that rational folks still exist!

Yes the MM figures will fit in the new Tumbler if you remove the Bat-Pod first -

Speaking of the Bat-Pod...Today at Target I picked up the Crank & Launch Bat-Pod. It looked like it had a 5" Batman figure w/ MM lower body articulation so I bought it. Unfortunately once I opened it up I saw that the figure is smaller than the 5" scale. Still he does have 13 POA consisting of a ball-jointed neck, cut shoulders, T-crotch & hinged hips, upper leg cuts, knees, ankles. Also this Bat-Pod looks like it can be set to do wheelies as it has some sort of wheelie bar underneath it. It was $19.99 which isn't bad as I got another Bat-Pod and an articulated figure, but if I realized at the store he wasn't in scale with the 5" figures I probably would have passed on it.

can the new pod fit into the batmobile

No, because the new pod has an extra wide rear (gear box) Also people have been asking about the size of the figure...If he was in the 4" scale, but the Batman is much bigger than the 4" line. Basically he's the same scale as the figure that came attached to the pod in the new TDK Tumbler. Just now he has an articulated lower body
