I don't read Spiderman comics but is Toxin a good guy or bad guy?

All i know is it bonded with a cop and was sort of a good guy fighting the symbiote's urge to be bad.

Did he end up being bad and does he get along with Venom and Carnage?

He's a good guy. And he hates Carnage and Venom. Toxin almost killed Carnage in their first encounter, but Pat Mulligan had a conscience and couldn't kill him. In the end of the Toxin miniseries he shows his wife that he is a symbiote and the reason why he left her and his child to protect them from himself or themselves (however you are supposed to say it).
