who should play peter parker if tobey doesnt comes back

i bought a movie called 27dresses. it is a romantic movie with catherine heigl and james masters (the guy who played cyclops in x-men) and in this movie he plays a guy who takes pictures ( sounds familliar no?) now as i watched him, he realy reminded me of peter but in a comic way you see. he had his brown jacket and all and i never realised that he could in fact play him. he looks perfect to me and as i said to my girlfriend "wow, i can see him doing peter in spider-man" it didnt took long and in the movie he did a spidey joke. i could not believe it when he said something about spider-man and i was thinking of him to do the role. the movie isnt that great but guys try to check some scenes on youtube and maybe you will see it too.

Jake Gyllenhaal was lined up to play Peter in 2 if Tobey wasn't able to. So I'm sure if Tobey doesn't come back for 4, we'll see Jake Gyllenhaal in the role, I'm sure. I was actually rooting for him to play Eddie Brock in 3 before they announced Eric Foreman. He's not too far a cry from Tobey as far as looks. He was in Donnie Darko, Zodiac, Jarhead and...ahem...Brokeback Mountain.

Jake Gyllenhaal is really the only person that I can think of that would be perfect for the part

you see, jack would be great but my problem with him is that he looks to much like tobey and i would feel that they would like to imitate tobey in a way. i think they should go in a new direction
