I was kinda let down by the face sculpts on these figures.

To me they have that Twisted Toyfare scared eyes look to them.

At $7.50 each I'm going to wait for the "improved versions" that are sure to come.

WOW!!! Heyyy what are those doing out so early?!? Where is everyone finding them? And more importantly are they cool or what? Details detaiiiillllssss!!!!! Also yeah, I'm not a huge fan of some of the faces and detail on the figures. Hasbro has proven they can do really great figures, but for some reason they have a tendency not to be consistent with their figures. I.E.--they'll have somewhat less than stellar next to crappy figures....learn their lesson...MAKE cool ones....and then go alllllll the way back to the beginning of making crappy figures. It's weird, it's almost as though they didn't feel the need to put a great amount of detail or accuracy in the 1st wave of figures....now I don't have them, but I can tell from some photos I've seen And then we'll have to wait like, 2 years for more decent ones........OR I could be totally wrong, guess I'll have to wait and see.

There is a playset in the works for the new movie (Kingdom of the Crystal Skull), but the deluxe figure assortment is set to have some "micro playsets" geared after the first film.

There is plans for an Ark piece to come in the deluxe assortment:

Hey evenflow,where did you get your figures.The stores in my area are paranoid when it comes to putting stuff out early.I remember findind a bunch of ROTS figures before there to be sold and Kmart.They wouldn't even ding up at the resister.If the box says May 1st. they will not be out out until that day.

i used the DCPI. They brought a case out for me.

I also picked up the German Jeep today at Target, using the DPCI.

I wonder what kind of trouble Target,Walmart and others get into if they sell these before the accaul date.I have been told the store will get fined or something like that.Even stuff that doesn't have a date stamped on the carton but is flag in the system Target(in this case) is petrified to get them from the stock room.Our stores are damn terrified of Hasbro.

I recall Hasbro mentioning at toy fair that there's supposed to be a 3-3/4" mail-in figure promo. Is there any info on the mail-in figure offer on the packaging?
