isnt nova's costume supposed to be like an armor, a tiny bit similar to iron man, or am i completely wrong again.

see that what i am missing about him. i thought he had some sort of armor around him and magic 8 ball is right about the painting. the blue is good but that mustard color isnt. it looks kind of not interesting for me. nova went from a b list of mine into an a list. i dont know why. there was a hype around him lately. the same happend with spider woman ( jessica drew) when she was joining the avengers.

now he would be an awesome fig if he had some solid armoring detail and if they fixed that mustard yellow, i would defiantly want him then, but rite now i might just get him to build holocaust

i just checked some nova pics and the new version looks like an ironman suit but back in time he looked that way just that the mustard color was in fact yellow and i guess it was ment to be gold. this is what i didnt liked about black knight either. he didnt looked like a guy in an knight armor. it was so simple. the same with nova. the goldish parts should be better.

It's Clint "Hawkeye" for the Ronin figure.

Thanks for the info!

What is the blond head for? MORPH as Forge or Wolverine? Anyway, that would be "my" Morph...hahaha

It's been stated multiple times that the blond head is Ronin/Clint Barton.

And Morph has brown hair.

Honestly, I'm a little concerned at all the tiny things people are finding to nitpick over, and yet so many people are willing to overlook something like the totally wrong hair color (and style!) if it means they can have a minor character from a decade-old cartoon who was never in the comics in that form among their comic-based figures.

I have a custom ML Morph figure myself... and this reaction still scares me a bit.

YOUR reaction is scaring me. How do you know what I am gonna do make myself the figure I want?

Since the wolverine figure have a nice X-men body, claws on one hand, and the fact that change-o-head is super-easy on the figure, I can make myself a Morph with some other additional stuff.

I really like the X-men cartoon from the 90's. It's more than 10 years old and I want a figure of that Morph in 6-inch style. So what? Mind your own business...

Thanks for new pics, Jay!!! :)

I want to see a picture of carnage. I'm loving the iron man armors even though they seem to be repaints with accessories and the iron Spider-man repaint/clear variant is nice...as is the classic venom. May have to pick up the silver savage and the camo punisher as well...

Question for anyone but ransoms if you are going back would you mind asking them this.

What is happening to all those prototypes we voted on to get that Sunfire figure exclusive figure on Hasbro.com?

I, for one, wouldl ike to get those 2 Alpha Flight members and that sweet Lilandra.

They (Hasbro) decided to take the number of figures in the wave so that fans wouldn't be forced to buy 8 figures to get the Foom.

This statement makes no sense to me. How would you build Foom without eight figures?

Let me clarify. They took out some of the planned figures so that there are now only 8 total which will be presented in 2 waves of 4. Hasbro hopes to get the other figures to market one way or another at some undisclosed point in the future.

this is a bad and sad day for me... yeah, the figs are great, and i really want to get them all... but heck, they made the HML 4 and 5 waves exclusives? they won't be locally available here... sucks... and then, the hulk figs are too pricey... why? i think that the only ones i can get are the 2-packs... and i'm gonna buy a lot of them to make some armies...

This is infuriating. I would rather they cancelled the damn line than make two separate exclusive waves. I will NEVER see the Walmart or Target waves in the wild. I think all the hotwheels scalper filth in the country just had spontaneous erections.

oh man i dont live in the u.s, how can i get those now :(

What's the point of having exclusive waves? That doesn't help the fans and I don't know how it helps Hasbro.

The figures look good though. I'd rather wait a while longer for them to do it right and judging by what's at NYCC, things are coming along nicely.

wooow more exclusives, i dont have a target or a wallmart or anywhere in this country were i could even buy one of these, so i will have to get ripped off over the internet yet again, and no word on storm, well these are ok i supose, i would only want elektra nick furk the ultimate version and forge but i havent got a chance did anyone ask about how andyone not in america can get hold of these figures????

i feel your pain.im so worried that i wont be able to get these

glad to know that i'm not alone with my sentiments... this really sucks... they never think about the guys outside of the U.S.... sigh...

Calm down. Did you notice that I even stated I have a Morph custom already? Who's the more obsessive one here, eh? ;)

According to your post, you were hoping that the blond head was Morph, or that barring that, you'd stick it on Forge or Wolverine and it would be 'your' Morph. Maybe that's not how you intended it, but that's how your post reads.

You aren't the only one going "OMG MORPH!" even though the head is terribly inaccurate if it was meant to be that. I was making a remark that a lot of people were nit-picking about details, but letting that one slide.

Sorry if that offended, but I thought it was pretty harmless.

Sigh...I've been waiting all week for this, and there's not one figure there I want. And no, I'm not blaming Hasbro for that or anything...I know I'm pretty picky about what characters I like, and they put out a nice variety of characters and most of them look great. I was just hoping there would be one figure I could get excited about...a new Spiderman villain or something. Just a bit dissappointed that there isn't anything there for me. Can't win 'em all, I guess.

Ah well, at least they're bringing Red Skull to Superhero squad. I thought we'd never see him there.

I wouldn't mind seeing pics of Carnage either, as I don't see any in the gallery. Even if he's just a repaint...he is my favorite Marvel character, so I'll probably get him.

morph1.jpg

He's (pretty obviously) a box set Mr. Fantastic... with He-Man hair. ;)

I tried to go for the look of the cartoon Morph, but the 'powers' of the comic Morph (as seen in AoA/Exiles).

I plan to touch him up a bit (he's a few years old and it's showing), as well as change up the hands a bit, as I've never been completely happy with them.

He can also be found, with a lot more customs, on my website (link in sig).

No ML Icons? What are happening?

Apparently, Hasbro is hoping to release them still but they are looking at a new means of distribution. They said that they might release Icons 5/6 as TRU exclusives, but they won't continue the line after that.

I hope so! But we don't have ONE oficial word about that!

Damn you hasblow! @grumpy@

That Black Spider-Man from the Red Hulk Series is AWESOME!!! B) I'll be sure to get two. If he was as articulated as 1st Appearance Spider-Man, he'd be perfect. Does anyone else think Hasbro could make a Scarlet Spider variant just by adding a hoody, web shooters, ankle pockets, and a different (Red) paint job?
