Finished this guy two days ago, before the listing for Specialist Tracker on GIJoe.com. Having served in the Navy for 4 years, I have a particular affinity for the Joe sailors, so I dig the character despite his garish appearance, but I have a hard time believing that this is the character (if based on this design) that Hasbro is going to release.

I thought about making him blond like the card but I think that is just from the explosion because the original figure has brown hair.
