I wanted to get the X-Men ones awhile ago but the price was a major turn off. How much did you end up getting them for?

they're not plastic. its some kind of porcelian. as my Thing figure found out late last nite

 

both are limited as well. xmen to 1000 sets and the FFis limited to 500 sets.

 

I should have the spiderman set wednesday.

Terrible character or costume choices in these sets, they’re some sort of fragile porcelain, and they’re ridiculously expensive. It doesn’t take a brain to know that I’m passing. Buying these would be like burning my money.

I was hoping to see a cool Scarlet spider, but instead it's Spider-Man in the Ben Reilly costume. These figures are cool, but nothing to get excited about IMO.

yea, their porcelain. at that money, why would they be plastic? these werent meant to be played with, they were meant for display. no different than a statue or a bust. doesnt take a brain to figure that out
