Well, from the info on this board, it seems he may be very rare, or not very rare. I've seen around 10 since I bought mine, so not rare in my yard.

I BOUGHT MINE AT MY LOCAL WALMART HERE IN MEXICO CITY, AND FOUND ONLY ONE. THE FIRST RELEASE (RED EYES AND CHEST)

 

AT OTHER WALMARTS THAT I LOOKED FOR, FOUND IN ONE 2 PIECES, AND IN THE OTHER ONE, NONE.

 

I HAVEN'T SEEN HIM IN ANY OTHER STORE.

actually now with the running change they replaced a couple others figs with iron monger in the boxes, so theres like 3 in a box now, but its the red eyed ones that are harder to get rather new blue eyed ones

In my opinion colorwise Blue trumps Red everytime. The removable armor version will have the helmet off in the package so you can automatically see bald jeff bridges right off the bat.

Imagine how hard THAT one will be to get! The fact that we all know we'd prefer having that one, and after the movie comes out, the desire for it will be increased. I'm glad I have 1 Iron Monger (despite it's red eyes) at least. i'll be shocked if I find anymore...

i saw both of them the blue eyed an the red eyed.....but i bought the red eyed one to me he looks more "fierce" if you will lol but now im having trouble finding warmachine

I finally found War Monger today. I saw two of the red eyed versions so I picked one up. Figure I'll keep this one in the package for now since there is a running change. I really want to get a hold of the opening cockpit version more.

No, not only is there a second Iron Monger figure due this month (with the opening cockpit), but the original will STILL be shipping. From what I've seen every case being sent to stores has AT LEAST one Iron Monger per case, and with the 1.5 wave shipping this month (with Iron Monger 2 and Titanium Man), most cases will have anywhere from 2-3 villians.

Iron Monger will NOT be rare, and will likely ship off and on through the rest of the year.

So far, I have gotten Iron Monger, Mark II, Mark III & Silver Centurion.

I have yet to see the Mark I and/or War Machine and am not sure if I am going to get the snap-on.

the cases i've been getting in at my work, toysrus, have been 1 per case and the red colored one. At a walmart I saw about 6 or so of the blue ones, i think that case is no longer shortpacked. of course they were gone 2 days later.

Around here I have only seen a couple Mongers from a couple cases, and both are the blue version. If anyone want to trade me a Wal-Mart exclusive for a blue Monger (both sent loose compl.), I should still be able to get one.

 

For my money, the red one will be worth more because it's way harder to find. I also like that color better, just cause red seems like an "eviller" color hehehehe. But the blue is cool as well, and movie accurate. Kind of a toss-up. I wouldn't mind painting one blue like the comic version someday, cause it looks like Hasbro won't be doing a ML one anytime soon. If I did that, I'd like it to have the red glass just for contrast.

I got mine from a comic store, I had that on lay away. I bought the Red one since it was the only one available.
