Although Batista is hardly one of the most popular guys in the Smackdown locker room, some within the company praise him for his work ethic. He watches matches closely on the backstage monitor at Smackdown tapings and is said to always have a strong desire to improve. It’s said that he respects the business and takes his job seriously, but isn’t the most gifted performer despite his hard work.

 

As we previously reported Batista rubs some people the wrong way with his attitude. Certain people within the company are very negative on him because they feel that all he really cares about are women and cars.

Wats so bad about his as a performer? For his size and as a power wrestler he's quite good. Not as versitie as the Undertaker or Kane but far better than a lot of main eventers from the past.

I almost wonder if this story, which contradicts a privious story, is nothing more than gossip from backstage trying to put down a guy who is a main event player because people are filled with petty jealously towards The Animal.
