Sith Legacy VARIANT or Hoax??

I don't know if anyone else has seen any of these, but I found a Sith Legacy Evolutions 3-Pack at Wal-Mart which has Luke Skywalker in Darth Nihilus' place and Darth Vader in Darth Bane's spot. Darth Maul remains the same (shirtless w/ tatoos and double-bladed lightsaber). Is this a legitimate VARIANT? There is a small VOID sticker on the upper right hand corner and the box is Sealed. The only difference I've noticed with this unopened set, is the manufacturer's tape is straight and rectangular, where the other sets have an oval piece of tape. I don't know if some dude was good at swapping the characters or if this was a true error at the manufacturing facility that put in the wrong characters. The VOID sticker is particularly interesting. The package is MIP and in C9 quality, can't tell that any of the seams or flaps have been open.

I may have a jem here or a rip-off. Any insights??

How do I post pictures to this forum so I can show this thing?

I hope you didn't spend any money on it.

It's not a factory error. Some jerk in your neck of the woods bought that set, took out the figures he wanted, and returned it to the store with some junk in its place. It happens all the time, and they'll get away with it because the people who staff returns desks have more things to worry about than toys. But let's be reasonable- how sad of a soul does one have to have to swap toys like that?

BTW, welcome to the boards. :)

Yeah, you bought a pack that's been ripped off. The "Void" sticker is to signify that it is a return. Most times they remove the sticker once it's been accepted at the Customer Service desk. Sometimes, they miss. Either way, it's obviously not a factory error, as even Hasbro isn't that incompetent.
