it looks like the one they used for the ml 13 pack ins. i hope i'm wrong though.

it was a early concept that never made it. series 13 was going to have less acticular side kick figures. Brood Solider, Skrull, Hydra, AIM, Hand, Hellfire club, Pink Doombot. they were pulled cause of the rise of oil. But as you know the Skrull and Brood made it into the MS and we got Hydra in wave 3. and romours are going round that we might be getting more.
