just recently i won that bobby drake figure. it was hella expensive, but i have no regrets taking it out of its package. all i need now is that damn dragon man from the fantastic four series.

I paid a little over the top for a number of "rare" figures, but I got others pretty cheap. All about timing, man. Cruise eBay EVERY day.

Yeah ebay every day if you can take the time. Try searching for figures that have typos in the description.

 

Other than that, patience is the ke,y establish a limit as to how much you're willing to spend on a figure put your bid in on ebay (for example: Let's say you want a Superskrull and the most you're willing to pay is $25.00 or whatever), and wait, if you lose that auction move on to the next one. You'll get it eventually. As long as what you want to pay for it is resonable that is, if you want a Dragon Man MOC for $2.00 that's just not gonna happen.

For anyone looking for a Kang that doesnt want him MOC. I bought one and I have to say that he is a AWESOME figure!!! Well worth the price.

ive just got x 3 jean, but it was from ebay, but again another great figure from hasbro, however i had to buy it from e bay, where do the people on ebay get them from to sell, this is in ENGLAND, their is no shops anywhere in the whole of my area that sell them, i cant even get hold of an emma fost, i cant get hold of any marvel legends from hasbro, and very few from toybiz saying that.

im looking for mohawk storm, but on ebay they are £15:00, bout 7 and a half dollers wich i way to much, but it is one storm figure i dont have, anyone whow where i might be able to get one.

I'm from England too and Forbidden Planet has all the HML1 series at a fiver each - no IM though but plenty of Emma's. I live in the UK and find buying in bulk off the bay or looking at the american auctions is best unless you're looking for MIB. It's where I get all my custom fodder from

yeah, some of the figures go for crazy prices. I remember when i sold my friends collection on ebay, some went for crazy prices. I don't really know about hard to find, but in my experience it came down to how much to pay. the 3 figures that set me back the most were Juggernaut, Deadpool and Hawkeye.

 

Just gotta search around, I refused to pay a lot for Vision. I bid on him on ebay a few times, but didn't want to spend over 20 for him. I went to a local comic convention and found someone selling him MOC for 10 bucks.

Other way, multiply by 2 not divide. Pound is stronger than the dollar, £15:00 = $30.00 (think 1 pound buys 2 dollars, because pound is stronger)
