But what if I make a filecard or card art that includes the logo, isn't Hasbro going to sue me? After reading their customizer guidelines, I find it strangely hypocritical that they would then turn around and beg for it. @smilepunch@

if Hasbro is hosting it. i don't see a problem. if its your own just skip the logo.

Are you selling it as though it were not a custom, and an official Hasbro piece of work? No? Then you'll be fine. I would suggest reading comprehension. (And I need spellcheck maybe.)

 

 

The Contest also requires you to be either an Officer or Trooper Level member of the GIJoe Collector's Club.

 

Crazy enough... Trooper level membership is FREE!

Are you selling it as though it were not a custom, and an official Hasbro piece of work? No? Then you'll be fine. I would suggest reading comprehension. (And I need spellcheck maybe.)

As soon as he puts the logo on, he's saying it's a Hasbro product. By not having the logo, he's not. Crazy how that works, isn't it?
