Superhero squad type DC figures????

Hello,this is my first post. My 3 year old really loves these Galactic hero/superhero squad type of little action figures,and to be honest,i kinda like them as well. They are cheap and fairly addictive to buy. His first love is Star Wars,which we've pretty much bought all of them for him. Now we're buying up the Marvel heroes and Transformers for him,which he loves. My question is,why is there not a DC line for these figures? DC is my favorite and i'm just getting my son into Batman with "the Batman" cartoon,i'd love for him to have little versions of Batman or Hawkman. There is Indiana Jones,Transformers,Marvel and of course Star Wars,why no DC? Is there any plans for a DC line?? I've seen the kiddie Superfriends lineup,but we really like the compact,little superhero squad figures.

I think its called super friends for the dc is the closest thing ... they are larger scale and more expensive than SHS & robot heroes & GH though... & dc has nothing like this because hasbro has the market on it & starwars and marvel... Were dc to put out anything similar I'm sure hasbro could sue there asses

becasue hasbro came up with the idea of this little fellas. They started with star wars, and as soon as they got the marvel licence, they applied the same idea to marvel heros and transformers. dc is owned by mattel and they don`t have any line like it, none that i know of.

True while Hasbro did pioneer these little guys, I don't really see why it would be a big problem for DC to put some out. Afterall they now have those "battle packs" or whatever they're called which are very Attactix like. If they can do that, why not some DC type SHS?

No SuperHero Squad, but take a look at the Imaginext Super Friends. They are smaller than the regular Super Friends. They are articulated though. AND Imaginext is making a Batcave and vehicles, so there's more play value than the pvcs of Superhero Squad.

So far they've shown the Batcave, Batman, Robin, Joker (w/vehicle), Penguin, Superman with Krypto. These are adorable.

DC Minimates are made by DC Direct. There have been 7 waves made so far with more to come. There was a short-lived line of Mini-mates of DC characters called C3.

It's highly improbable that there will be a line of DC Superhero Squad toys since that line is produced by Hasbro, not Mattel, but check out the DC Super Friends Imaginext toys...CUTE!
