On a related note...has anyone ever wondered why Cobra took the time and effort to actually dress the BATs in black jumpsuits? Seems kind of pointless...

 

Nope, its actually brilliant.

Think about it........

A humanoid robot, intended for battle, would need some kind of protection, but hard armor is very heavy.......so use soft armor.

The jumpsuits are KEVLAR-thus bullet resistant and very light weight.

Robots would not suffer shock-trauma from a strike, and would be able to mount more equipment or weapons on their skeletal frames.

oh me oh my....this is getting like star wars. first the figures come out and everyone buys them thinking WOW! we got star wars figures ...sure Luke is buff, sure leia looks like a monkey, but at least we have them.....and then later on we get updated figures that are more accurate.

I like the Viper gloves on the Tele-Viper. I know it was just a cost saving measure but it will give them a more uniformed look with the regular Vipers.

The trademark chest holster is a dead giveaway. The only thing that bothers me is that he looks like Colin Mockry from "Who's Line Is It Anyway?"

Yojoe now has photos of the Trubble Bubble! It has a redesigned cannon...and the back peg has been replaced with a ring that fits around the figure's waist...

 

Also, the once rubber "side panels" (of anyone owns an original TB, you know what I'm talking about) seem to be part of the plastic exterior now...

They just posted a lot of show images and the cobra trooper with a red cobra symbol with the laser pistol that comes with the twins.

Nice pics. Hard not to like most of it. I am hoping they repaint that TF Flint in his V1 colors eventually. Would have liked the Hiss Tank if it had the cannons instead of missile launchers.
