FF Classics Super Skrulls for 3.99?

Well I got my set of both the Super Skrull variants in the mail today and I open the box up in pure glee because I only paid 16 bucks each for them. The first thing I notice is not the awesomeness of the figures but rather an orange price tag on the left hand corner of the package that said CLEARANCE 3.99. I thought I was lucky for getting such rare figures for 16 bucks MOC but he was even luckier for getting it at 3.99! Has anyone who could not get a Super Skrull when they first came out paid a price under fifteen dollars? Alot of people still say they have yet to get Super Skrull. Has anyone besides me seen such a phenomenon for a MOC rare figure as this for 3.99?

After they came out I got mine on clearance for around that price at Meijer.

I also picked up a couple of them for that price at Meijer a couple years ago. A link won't really accomplish anything, it was a long time ago.

I took the price tags off the figures it made them look tacky when I put them on the display self. I wasn't the one that got the Super Skrulls for 3.99, the one who sold them to me got them at that price and made a pretty good profit from my purchase though he could have sold them at the usual price 30-50 dollars and got a better profit.

Ironically, when they were first in the stores, I found both Super-Skrull variants fairly easily. But I have never, ever seen a regular one at all anywhere (which I'd much rather have than either of the ones I've got now).

Ebay has some good deals on the regular if you shop well. I agree getting the regular one is incredibly hard, I'm lucky I came across one.

damn i wish i got mine for 3.99 i paid 30 bucks for mine, on that damn e-bay. I hate RAPE PRICES
