They're raising the price of figures AGAIN!

 

$7.99 my ass! Guess I'll be REAL selective this fall on my figures.

GI Joe's MSRP has ALWAYS been $5.99 for single figures. WALMART decided to cut a dollar off the price for whatever reason.

yeah, and SW's retail right now is 6.99, and the lowest price on them is walmart for ~6.64. so I'm thinkin its a good bet when they raise the retail price a buck, the cheapest place will still be walmart with about 7.60-somethin.

once the prices went over 6 bucks a figure, I basically started buying less than half of what i did in past years (and ive got a good 85-90% of everything tahts been released until the saga collection), so now I'm gonna be down to like 1 figure a wave it looks like I'd rather spend the extra 2 bucks on a DCUC figure

You know you just jinxed it, right? Watch...don't be at all surprised if when the 25th Anniversary packaging switches over to the "Joe vs. Cobra" style, the price will also increase to about $6.99 per figure...
