25th Cobra Mortal and Cobra De Aco

Probably the most popular foreign repaints, and my two favorites, I have been waiting for wave 5 so I could make these. Mortal is a straight repaint, and the card art I reproduced for a more painted look as opposed to illustrated style of the original. Cobra De Aco at first seemed off because the head fits low on the neck, but I think the effect makes him appear more squat and menacing, so I like it.

the Mortal misses the mark by using the old Crossbow, when there are TWO 25th Anni. Crossobows (Scarlett, and Beach Head).

 

of course it more than makes up for it in sheer awesomeness, I just don't like seeing vintage weapons with modern figures.

BTW, what does "De Aco" mean? I'm not familiar with a lot of these characters you've been customizing.

sorry, I'm not from Brazil, I just love the characters. I dyed the figure in black rit dye, then painted it with chaos black from Games Workshop, golden yellow and mithril silver. the head and legs were sprayed with Krylon silver. Mortal was painted with blood red from games workshop, mithril silver and sprayed with Krylon silver, then finished with Krylon clear satin finish to seal it.
