Maximum Clonage Boxset: is it rare ?

i have had this set sitting in my garage since... well a long time ago.

I got it at BJ's Warehouse many years ago.

I was wondering if it was rare or in demand anywhere, aka what's its value these days?

i didnt see many auctions on ebay so i was wondering if anybody knew anything about it.

 

i know not too many fans of the Clone Saga but it would be cool if they made an updated boxset similar to this.

just check ebay I'd say its hard enough to find one misb but its been a while since I've checked the older toybiz figures out As for demand I don't think so... If they made that into a newer boxed set I would be all over it though as well my self but it will never happen

There's one on ebay for buy it now $120 in someones ebay shop. Don't know if thats a good indication of it's relative value or not.

It's probably one of the few old ToyBiz boxed sets that can still fetch a few bucks because it's fairly uncommon. Of course, there's not huge demand for the sets, so that guy selling his for $120 as a Buy It Now is delusional.

This is a Classic Story arc in Spider Man Lore. If it was revisited on film at some point in the future, then this would really sell if it made it as a Marvel Legend Wave. What with the cloning going on in the scientific community in this day and age. It is something Marvel Studios will have to look at and probably cash in on and Hasbro, too. For now it belongs in the shelves with Possible Future projects.

Then good news for you...they re-packed that Scarlet Spider individually in the "Overpower" series. (If it's not a straight re-pack, it's a virtually identical figure.) It doesn't look like there's been an auction for one of them recently, but they seem to be a lot more common than that Maximum Clonage pack.

How much would you take for that set? Just curious because I'd really like to have one without paying any outrageous price.
