Trying to locate the name of a line of figures

I'm trying to figure out the name of a toy line from the late 80's - early 90's. I remember they looked like army supplies (cantina, compass, etc) but they folded out to mini-playsets not unlike Mighty Max and Polly Pocket. The one I had as a kid was a can tine but when you opened it up, it turned out to be the landing strip for a jet and the little figure was of a bald man with an eye patch. I'm trying to figure out the name of this line because I'd like to look for them on Ebay. Thanks!

Doesn't appear to be.

They were very mini-figures that could go into the vehicles that were houses in the "supplies" So imagine a canteen and then you open it up, it folds in half vertically and then when it's unfolded the canteen was like the top of a battle ship where you can land the jets and it came with a jet. I pray this rings a bell with people.

The pics on the site don't seem to be loading for me, but, it does appear to be "Army G.E.A.R." ;)

If the link/pic works, there's an 'open' image w/ a jet

Edit:

Man, this line seems to be tough to find good pic/info for :?

Italian site, but, the pic should work:
