- It turns out the new WWE announcer that the company snapped up has actually worked for them before. Albeit as an interviewer for the defunct XFL owned by McMahon. As previously noted Mike Adamle announced for the first incarnation of American Gladiators. He will debut at the Royal Rumble PPV.

 

- CM Punk beat Chavo Guerrero at the Providence Supershow the other night to qualify for the Royal Rumble match.
