The best Batman figure I now own.

Got this today while shopping around in TRU, it's magnificant! I ditched the Robin though, not a big fan of him.

I was at TRU today, too, and I saw that 2-pack. If the Robin wasn't so lame I might have bought it.

 

That Batman is pretty sweet. Does it have the articulation of the first Mattel Batman figures or the later DC Superheroes ones?

i have that two pack and i have to say its a great figure. Did you remove the string they used to attach the arms to the cape?

wow, i've seen these and noticed the cloth cape but didn't realize it was that big. i may have to pick this up now. i believe this is the same batman from DCSH Wave 1, just black instead of blue.

I saw one string attacthed to the right arm, but not for the left. It looked uneven so I cut it lose, but it's all good.

It's the same sculpt/articulation as Bat-Signal Batman/DCSH1 Batman.

I should pick up a few more of the 2 pack sets, the cape is awesome.

Hmmmmm.......just not a fan of the cloth cape (I like them okay on my smaller Super Powers collection though).

 

To me it just doesn't look as dynamic as the plastic ones. As someone who poses their figures on a shelf I think the plastic capes make them look more like they just stepped out of a comic book.

 

To each his own though and it is great when you find a figure that you really like!

That IS a lovely figure. But the $20 price tag is a bit steep... (yes, I'm not counting Robin)
