-- At a recent WWE RAW house show in Chattanooga, TN they did an old-school gimmick of opening up with a Battle Royal with the winner getting a title shot against Randy Orton. Jericho ended up beating Orton via DQ in a match said to be as good as or better than a pay-per-view match.

I have always been a fan of that gimmick with a battle royal to start the show and the winner getting a title shot at the end of the night. They should do it more on RAW, SD and not just with a World/WWE title shot either. It works with any title and you actually have a more believable shot of a title change with this format used to earn a US or Intercontinental title shot.

I want to see a random unpredicted title chnge on Raw. And not due to somebody being hurt or fired because of drug abuse. I think WWE would be on track if they aimed to be a little less predictable. Us "smarks" not only know what they will chose to build as a title shot at a PPV but we can usually predict the outcome of them all.
