Yeah, most manufacturers would, but it's firmly established that DC Direct doesn't do this. They direct you to the point-of-purchase, which (for a direct market line like DC Direct) means the comic shop you bought it at. And comic shops typically have a no refund policy.

Which means DC Direct markets their toys to small businesses that would fold if they give out refunds willy nilly, then uses that as an excuse to not replace faulty product.

Actually that's exactly what I would do unless it's already an on sale figure. It all depends on the comic shop, so far the comic shops i visit are friendly and cool enough to give me a replacement figure.

preacher,

Again, if it's possible please post some pics or we have no idea what the condition is of the broken part. Most likely u can drill a hole on the leg and torso and then put a small metal rod through and superglue them back.

I get my info from being a comic shop owner who sells DCD product. You will get a replacement or reimbursment from Diamond who I am sure will get the same from DCD. I returned a couple Justice figure Supes and had no problem. Also with alot of hush figures. Alot of customers came in I gave hem a second one and took te issue up with diamond, who in turn refunded me the money.
