I wonder if Marvel Comics has an agenda to get Puerto Rico made an official state of the U.S.A.,

In the One Of These People Will Be The New Captain America thread we see that it's either, Winter solider, Red Skull, Iron Man, Union Jack, Hawkeye or USAgent. I'm still sticking with Winter Soldier. Tony was already going to ask him or something plus he said "we'll he's already got the shield" that he stole. Aside from that, there seems to be a theme here so I guess I have to say "It's Wolverine!"

Well, if anyone thinks its gonna be Union Jack, that just wouldn't happen, because, he British. Thats just it. I don't understand how you could think a British person would be Captain America i mean, come on. but, i don't think its any of them. It's obviously Armless Tiger Man. Golden Age charcater who lost his arms in a machine accident, so, he planned on destroying all machines but was defeated by the Angel of the 1940's.
