I dont know if it has been brought up or noticed, but the AR Supergirl and Batgirl seem to be statues. Supergirl has no elbow articulation and Batgirl has no articulation whatsoever. From the pics I can see not hip, elbow, or knee joints. If this is what its going to look like (and from past DCD previews, it usually is) them Im out on this wave. NO ARTICULATION = NO SALE!

I'm sure they'll have the standard DCD POA. These are just early pics. Wait for the prototypes that will show on 2008 conventions. ToyFair or Wizard con , i'm sure they will have elbow joints.

Does this mean they're making other sidekicks too? I would love to see a Robin or Speedy. Hell, I would love to complete the Teen Titians AR style?

But seriously, where can I see some pictures?

Yeah, those are only prototypes, you can actually barely see the joint lines on Supergirl's knees.

These look amazing, the Batgirl is plain awesome as is the Toyman and Captain Cold figs, not a big fan of the choice of costume for Supergirl though.

Pics are in the newest issue of Toyfare, along with new announcements about JLI figures based on Kevin Maguire's art (Ice, Black Canary, Batman and G'Nort and a teaser about a possible 2nd wave with Fire, Booster and Beetle!) and a pic of a Despero figure that'll be part of an Ethan Van Sciver based Batman/Superman line.

Batgirl, Supergirl (70s Hot Pants version with plunging neckline and red choker), Toyman (Puppet of Legion of Doom version) and Captain Cold.
