Perfect companion for Marv

I know who is the perfect companion for Marv. Tadaaaa! First appearance Deathblow, the gray hued dude drawn by Jim Lee. If only Mr. Lee would allow Wildstorm characters to be legendize by Marvel Toys. So that most of the founding characters from Image be made. It would be so cool. Plus vote for Prime to be part of LCBH. Here an image, for you to consider.

They have stated that the Conan figures are the Marvel version of Conan, so obviously Marvel Toys still has some rights to at least some of the characters that have been published in Marvel Comics. MT might legally be able to do Ultraverse characters. Also some of the characters that have appeared in Marvel Comics are owned by others - like GI Joe, ROM and Star Trek. MT could still make deals with those owners to do their toys. I don't know who owns Deathblow, but even it's Marvel, maybe they can still do it.

IIRC, it was said that there's lingering litigation regarding the Ultraverse characters/properties, so they will likely NEVER be seen in toy or comic form again.

Dark Horse is currently publishing those Marvel Conan comics so Marvel doesn't have those rights, Marvel Toys got the rights from Dark Horse/whoever owns the Conan license.
