Need ideas for a custom

Ok people, I need some ideas. I grabbed a riddler from the The Batman line from walmart cause he was on clearance and figured he might make a good base for a JLU custom. Of course he's too tall for a regular character cause hes a 5 inch figure rather than a 4 incher. I'm not very well versed in DC characters since I've always been a Marvel guy, so can anyone think of a tall, very skinny character from the DCU (anyone, toon, comic, etc) for me to make from him?

Only idea I've come up with so far is a slightly stretched version of Plastic Man.
