25th Destro - the left hand/weapons case conspiracy

I read numerous reviews before finding the figures that Destro couldn't hold his case in his left hand, but despite my Destro having the same sculpting I have seen the figure have online, I can get him to hold the case no problem. fits snug as a bug without any modifications to either the case or his hand. anyone else able to, or did I get some rare variant that I should throw up on ebay. @smilepunch@

mine won't hold the case. i thought i was alone, but now i smile as i realise almost everybody else shares my problem!

my destro holds his case so well he can slap c.c with it and not even budge it out of his hand my problem is his gun will not stay in his holster for nothing i whould rather him not be able to hold his case and his gun go into the holster but oh well

My Destro is standing with the case under his right foot, holding a gun in his left hand as if crushing it (pointing it towards the Joes), and the other with his SMG.

I agree. That's one of the things that was good about the RAH figures (not to start a"which is better" argument".

I have always been the type who prefered to add a little variety to my Joes when I display them. Never only making them all hold their weapons right handed, I would make some left handed.

 

That Flint figure is one that was always left handed, because A: He held weapons better with his left hand, and B: his watch is on the right wrist.

Generally you are supposed to wear your watch on the opposite wrist than you favor. Right-handers on the left wrist, and left-hander on the right. Since you will use the hand you favor more than the other, it is supposed to prevent it from getting in the way or damaged.

 

Overall, it is still just a matter of personal preference, but I have always worn my watch on my left wrist because I am right handed. When I wear it on my right, it tends to get caught on things or scratched.

So many Baroness jokes come to mind... it's not even funny.

 

But, otherwise I do agree. His left hand seems to be curled up due to arthritis. And why did they give him a third weapon without a holster? Aside from the hand, and lack of weapon holster it is still a top notch figure.

My problem with Destro is the dog collar he's wearing. It doesn't look like bolts or something that's a part of his helmet. It just makes his neck look too long.

 

I've got my Destro to hold his briefcase, by the way, but not very securely.
