seriously, if all you are going to do is complain and be pissed off at hasbro then you need to stop cloggin up the threads. it's because of you they are unpleasant for others to read since they have to see you constantly saying the same thing over and over again. we get it,you hate hasbro, get over it already. no one really cares anymore what you think or want to complain about since we have heard the same things over and over again.

now onto the upcoming marvel lines. i have to say that i think they are getting better. i like just about all of the upcoming lines. the daredevil looks cool and so does the tigra and punisher. all in all they look better.

Seriously...if you don't like my posts, don't read them.

Frankly, I think we need to censor all the posts that say "You need ta' stop postin' 'cause I don't like what you say!"...

No one should be ridiculed or put down cuz they are complaining or don't like certain things about what Hasbro has/has not done with the line since they took over.

Lord knows I do my share about DCDirect!

Buuuuuuuut, if your major complaint about Hasbro is that they took some POA off or that you wish TB had the license again, then your wasting your time. For example, someone please tell me what's wrong with YJ, Quicksilver, Blob? Nothing at all, IMO! Those are 3 great figures & I fail to see how much better they would've been if TB was still doing them.

Sure, Hasbro has done a few nasty figs (Emma) I don't count the X-movie figs cuz they're based on the actors & are nasty anyway. As far as cutting down on POA, I really have no problem with it cuz they're leaving in the most vital points as far as I'm concerned. Do you really need every single finger articulated or the toes/ So right there it goes from 33 POA to 23 POA. No big deal.

look at the awesome figures the 4HM are cranking out with the DC classics line, they feature no more than 19 POA & look awesome & can still be posed in just about any position you want them in, flying, running, crouching, etc.

Just be thankful that DCD isn't doing the Marvel universe, they would all be out of scale with each other, & feature just 9 POA!

TB wasn't perfect, I still haven't gotten over the monstrousities they dared call Ultron & Scarlet Witch!

I'll take that challenge.

1. Yellowjacket: Painfully under-detailed. The TOY-BIZ body-sculpt he's based on has better defined musculature. In addition, the plastic colors are boring, the yellow is monotone. The paint of the face is also montone, and too shiny. TOY-BIZ was much better than HASBRO at detailing faces. As I write this, I'm looking at a TOY-BIZ XMC "House of M" Wolvie (or whatever he was called...but's he's in a "House of M" costume), and the paint-apps on the face are phenomenal.

Yellowjacket is only an OK figure. TOY-BIZ would've done way better, and in fact, HASBRO did a bait-n-switch at SDCC 2006 by showing the TOY-BIZ prototypes for this wave.

2. Quicksilver: Same as above, but worse. The face has zero detailing, and a pale, shiny, bland beige color. Same for the costume...BLAND...no color details, not even a wash. AND...it's the wrong color! Quicksilver's Silver-Age costume, on which this is based, was more of a powder blue...this is a Columbia blue...it matters.

Quicksilver is a lame figure. I'd give it a 4.5/10.

3. Blob: Again, the montone skin color is boring. The SDCC prototype was perhaps too detailed, but this is another extreme. They tried to fix it by adding some speckles, but that only half fixed the problem. No knee articulation - CRAP!

Honestly, I'm not as bothered by this one, as he's a disgusting fat guy, and a character that I can't stand...he's not being displayed...so whatever...

BOTTOM-LINE: TOY-BIZ woulda' done better...and I hope they fix these when they get the license back...

You're exactly right...and those were two of the worst. And at the time, I remember bashing the hell out of them. I referred to that whole series as the "Legendary Shelf Riders" about half a dozen times at least. It was a horrible series, other than HulkBuster for me. And everybody had a good laugh about it and never told anybody to 'shut up' or 'leave the boards' if you didn't like the figures like they do now. I guess Hasbro is above criticism.

Oh its a damper for most people, trust me. And Jay has personally warned anyone that needed to be. That is all I will say on this subject for now. It will stop and that is that. :) Thank you Jase for stepping in while I was out and about working! lol

Considering that you lured me into this thread with the promise of a free cookie and I end up finding a mess, I shouldn't even speak to you anymore! @lol@

What's that? I'm supposed to be monitoring this forum anyway? @hmmm@

8 F'n months?!...8 F'n months?! Being a BOMB ASS MC, I understand the need for free speech! But you don't see me supporting that whole Bling Bling, Grillz, Congac sippin lifestyle do you? And I'll tell you why; After a while it becomes passe! Just like the majority of your arguments!!!

Populate the LCBH thread...heaven knows it'll disappear before you know it and you can always come back over here and share your feelings about how HML killed that line as well! Why should I have to change my normal thread viewing process because you're stuck like a skipping record?!

Before anyone of you add yet another mundane thread about anything, ask yourselves; "Will this thread be entertaining to anyone other than myself? What purpose will this statement serve? Is there something else I could be doing?

I think it's unfair that we have to step over poop just to talk about a line we still feel passionately about!

Debate that!!!

Wow. Couldn't have said it better myself.

One thing's for sure, I'm tired of the 1st amendment being thrown in people's faces just because they're annoyed that they had to keep reading repetitive rants. If there is freedom of speech, I guess everyone that's tired of it has the right to say so as well.

We'll stop when you do.

It's not that Hasbro is above criticism, it's the plain simple fact that you weren't bashing the hell out of them 8 MONTHS after they were out.

You, unlike some people, are able to move on with your life.

In all fairness, that is a pretty crappy argument.

No, we didn't go around bashing ML11 non-stop 8-months later. Why? Because Toybiz moved on and made better things. They didn't keep making Scarlet Witch-quality figures over and over.

Now, you don't see people bashing Banshee or X3 Beast all over the place do you? No, because now they are bashing new figures that are being produced. Why? Because Hasbro is continuing their mistakes and creating new ones. I cringed when I saw the new articulation on Ratchel from series 3, but now I see that we are getting more figures like that, which sucks. I was also saddened by the dumb faces on HML2, but look at Nova!

So its not like Hasbro is an 8 month-old thing... its an ongoing problem @lol@ When they stop making these mistakes and their figures come out to be pretty good, then it will be an old joke.

But, when they show whatever figures with horrible joints, goofy faces, and zero paint for HML5, we will bash those too.

(hey, how come I don't see any of you guys defending the piece of crap that is Witchblade from the new LCBH series? Why am I allowed to say she sucks?)

Marvel Legends have long fallen from legend statud, they need to take a break and actually work on the damn sculpts. kinda like what SOTA is doing with SF(But they didnt have to take a hiatus)

work on the actual characters they include in these sets, and maybe make some Hasbro Exclusives(Brand new costume designs)

Bad examples to use, YJ and Quicksilver are essentially clones of TB figures and not done by Hasbro. All of Hasbro's figures that use less articulation or that godawful new articulation look like poo. Single joints look terrible on knees and elbows unless they are a bigger character like Thor.

Toes and fingers are not the issue people are having with articulation. It is the elbows, knees, biceps, wrists. The figures essentially become static artion figures without the above mentioned.

Yes, TB had some bad figures, but so far, the majority of Hasbro's figures need work, and a lot of it

I still love my sentinal.... Miss the big BAF's...oh well...

But the only one I might buy is Daredevil...the rest suck.... I'm just

not buying the whole wave anymore just for a small BAF....

Other than that, yes, Hasbro isn't doing that good to please me, maybe others, but

not me.

maybe they should have 2 marvel toy boards, one for bashing hasbro, and one for not bashing them

Already been done...it's called; LCBH/Marvel Toys thread!

No one is complaining about Witchblade because... They are all over here wasting bandwidth on HML!

To quote the police; "There's nothing more to see here, move along!"

Honestly though I think most of these noobs are here (along with some Vets!) to just bash...no other purpose at all. Just so they can start childish flame wars while we comment about SDCC displays!

The Transformer logo on those previous threads is a dead giveaway that you're a Hasbro pan handler. I can even make out the letters capital "H" , "A", "S", "B" in the diagram. Just say you are on their stinking payroll and spare us your brown nosing for crying out loud !! Yes, you know who you are.
