If Marvel legends still have boxsets, which characters would most likely be made for the Civil War set?

I know some ppl are bored about the "What if TB still have the license" or the "Which Marvel Legends you like to see" types of thread, but I am curious if Hasbro made boxsets and decided to make a CW themed one, what character is likely to be made.

 

I am thinking:

 

A repainted or slighly retooled modern ml8 Ironman that resembles the Icon fig

 

Speedball

 

A retooled face off Captain America with battle damage or slightly different head

 

Maskless Spiderman

 

Nitro

Bill Foster/Goliath (someone did an awesome custom recently and made me want him)

Nighthawk (as good an excuse as any to get another Defender made)

J Jonah Jameson (a definitive comic book version screams out to be made)

Radioactiveman (he MUST glow in the dark tho)

Cloak & Dagger (ML scale)

1. Thor-bot

 

2. Dead Captain America...with lots of bullet holes.

 

3. Tony Stark...in civilian clothes, sitting in the Oval Office...where he belongs!

 

4. Sharon Carter, in tight-fitting SHIELD outfit...grrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!!!

 

5. Spidey (there has to be a Spidey) with his mask off.
