The ONLY thing that sucks about these is that supposedly on another site they are listed as august delivery....I totally won't be into the movie in august since it will be phazing out of theaters by then. Either way though Doom is mine

Yes, at one point Doom did build a device to harness the power cosmic and wield it. And if nothing else, this series 2 Doom has the classic comic feel to it.

As well, it should be noted that Dr. Doom in the Fantastic Four 1990's animated series stole the Surfer's powers twice.
